Embroidery Policies

We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, custom embroidery services to meet your unique needs. To ensure a smooth process and mutual understanding, we have outlined the following detailed embroidery policies:

1. General Process and Considerations

Embroidery involves using digitized files to guide mechanical sewing machines in stitching logos, text, or images onto apparel and other items. While this process is highly precise, it is essential to acknowledge that certain risks, such as product damage, exist due to the mechanical nature of the work.

2. Order Requirements and Digitization

  • No Minimum Order: There is no minimum quantity for embroidery services. Whether you need a single piece or a bulk order, we are here to help.
  • Digitization Requirements: All image files (e.g., logos, pictures) must be digitized into embroidery-specific formats.
    • A one-time digitization fee is assessed based on the size of the design and its stitch count.
    • Plain text embroidery, such as names or initials, does not require digitization, avoiding any additional fees.

3. Providing Items for Embroidery

Customers have the flexibility to either purchase items directly through Insaf Embroidery or supply their own. If you choose to provide your items, the following policies apply:

  • Liability for Damage:
    • We are not responsible for repairing or replacing items damaged during the embroidery process.
  • Quality Control:
    • We reserve the right to refuse any items deemed unsuitable for embroidery. Items with delicate materials, pre-existing flaws, or complex textures may not yield satisfactory results.
    • Customers must ensure all items are free from defects or flaws before delivery or drop-off.

4. Potential Material Impact

  • Certain fabrics or materials, especially those that are thin or stretchy, may be susceptible to issues such as puckering, wrinkling, or bowing during the embroidery process.
  • Any requests for embroidery removal, rework, or refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and remain at the sole discretion of Insaf Embroidery.

5. Design Approval and Errors

  • Customers are responsible for thoroughly reviewing and approving all submitted designs, artwork, or text before production begins.
  • We are not liable for errors in spelling, design layout, or other details once the embroidery is completed.

6. Payment Policies

  • A 50% deposit is required on all custom embroidery orders at the time of confirmation.
  • Digitization fees and any other design-related charges must be paid in full upfront.
  • For customers without pre-prepared art files or designs, an art design fee will be applied to create the necessary files for embroidery.

7. Customer Support and Satisfaction

At Insaf Embroidery, customer satisfaction is our priority. While embroidery inherently involves certain risks, we strive to provide consistent communication and transparency throughout the process. For inquiries, assistance, or concerns, our team is always ready to help.
